Left sidebar → Scenarios → Create a new scenario (top right).
Click the big + in the center of the canvas.
Search for the app you want to use as a trigger (e.g. Google Sheets), pick it.
Pick the action Watch Rows (or equivalent for your app).
Click Create a connection, sign in, allow access. Pick your spreadsheet.
Click the + to the right of the trigger module.
Search HTTP, pick Make a request.
Fill in:
- URL: https://www.pactful.ai/api/v1/invoices/send
- Method: POST
- Headers (click Add a header twice):
  - Name: Authorization, Value: Bearer YOUR_PACTFUL_KEY
  - Name: Content-Type, Value: application/json
- Body type: Raw → Content type: JSON
- Request content: the Pactful invoice JSON (see section 3 above). Drag spreadsheet column tokens from the right panel into the JSON.
Click OK, then Save (Ctrl+S).
